Love it. Question for you: how do you settle in on one mental movie to watch? I find I have so many passions I switch around the visualization all the time!
Such a good question and I can totally relate! What helps is to pick a core theme rather than specific scenes.
Instead of visualizing a different passion each time, I focus on the version of me whoโs already living in alignment with them all (calm, focused, energized, doing meaningful work).
For me it centers around my โwhyโ, it also features some materialistic dreams, a vision for how I feel and act and Iโve also included some scenes with family and friends!
